Refunds are usually governed by the organizer’s policy and applicable law. Outdey facilitates where possible.

• Check the event page for the organizer’s refund window.
• Use your order view to “Request a refund,” or contact support.
• Canceled events are generally refundable; postponed events may offer a refund window or honor tickets later.
