Delete your Outdey account and data
You can request deletion of your Outdey account and associated personal data by contacting Outdey Entertainment Limited. You do not need to sign in or install the app to make a request.
Request account deletion
- Email info@outdey.com, preferably from the email address registered to your Outdey account.
- Use the subject Outdey account and data deletion request and include your account email address.
- State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Support may ask you to verify account ownership before processing your request.
This opens a draft in your email app. Send the email to submit your request. If no email app opens, use your usual email service and the address above.
Do not send your password, verification codes, or payment card details. If you cannot access your account email, explain this in your request so support can help verify ownership.
What your request covers
Your request covers your Outdey account and the personal data associated with it, including:
- Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, sign-in information, and preferences.
- Personal content and activity associated with your account, such as uploaded photos and event interactions.
- Associated event, ticket, and transaction information.
Once your account is permanently deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in to it. If you have upcoming tickets, refunds, or organizer obligations, mention them in your request so support can explain how they will be handled.
Deletion timeframe and data retention
Outdey support will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within one week (7 days) of receiving your deletion request. We may contact you to verify account ownership before carrying out deletion.
We do not retain your account or associated personal data after deletion is complete. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
